About this policy

This policy explains how DYNSTACK PRIVATE LIMITED (“DynStack”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data. It applies to this website and to apps and online services we publish, unless an app has its own privacy policy. We handle personal data in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

  • When you contact us: your name, email address, company and anything you include in your message.
  • When you visit this website: technical information your browser sends, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request. This is processed by our hosting provider for security and to deliver the site.
  • When you use our apps or online services: the information needed to provide them, such as account details, content you create and settings, along with diagnostic information such as crash reports. Each app’s store listing describes the data it collects.
  • When you do business with us: contact and billing details for you and your organisation.

This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use personal data

  • To reply to enquiries and support requests.
  • To provide, maintain, secure and improve our websites, apps and services.
  • To deliver contracted work, issue invoices and manage our client relationships.
  • To meet legal, regulatory and accounting obligations.

We don’t sell personal data.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate, such as hosting, email and cloud infrastructure providers, and only as far as needed for that purpose. We may also disclose it where the law requires. Our service providers must protect personal data to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

Transfers outside Singapore

Some of our service providers store or process data outside Singapore. When that happens, we take steps to ensure the data receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as it is needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. After that we delete or anonymise it.

How we protect it

We use reasonable security arrangements, including encryption in transit, access controls and regular software updates, to protect personal data from unauthorised access, use or disclosure.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent for us to use it. You can also ask us to delete your account and associated data for any of our apps. Email us at Show email address. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Children

Our website isn’t directed at children. If an app is designed for children, its own privacy details will explain how it handles their data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
